360x4x4 Bench: 245x4x4 Pushpress: 165x2x5 -mike, hope I didn't offend you by scaling back off the 5x5 a bit. These workoutd are absolutely brutal, I'm talking nasuea between sets, can barely walk, breathing so hard I am about to pass out

Deadlift:
465x3x1 Squat: 390x3x1 No heavy single today for DL...was working at 90 percent anyway. Handled all lifts nicely

squat:
385x5x3,3,2,2,2 Bench: 260x5x3,3,3,2,2 (body was getting super tired towards the end of workout..Mike's programs are not for the faint at heart). -I must be gaining strenght, all reps seem super good/strong, no knee movement, crisp clean reps -Will be taking a week off for a vacation, going to visit family, so I may sneak a workout in later in the week with my wifes father, just for some CNS stimulation.

Back from vacation..began training today (sunday), as my weeks usually fill up by thurs/friday and that is the most frequently skipped day of my last cycle..I will be going Sun/Tues/Thurs for lifts, running/sprints twice a week for the Army, when it fits in. Also am looking to compete Aug 20, not set in stone yet, still looking at "what ill be up to and trying to plan"..but I will peak as if I am competing to be safe.
(weightxsetsxreps) Squat: @80% 345x4x5 Bench: @80% 235x4x6 Push Press: 160x2x5 Chins: BW+25x8 BW+30x6 Assistance work will stop in 3-4 weeks, but since my percentages are relatively low until then, I will use assistance to make up any shortfalls.

had an Army Organizational day picnic yesterday, consisted of sports tournaments..ended up playing 3 games of ultimate frisbee (20 min each) and 2 games of Tug o war...lots of running around done! decided against sprints today (really wanetd to drag the tire though)..maybe monday next week!
