an unplanned deload. am going on vacation july 1, didnt want to have 3 weeks off in a row (current program was set to end in a week, leaving a week until my vacation, then ill be gone another week)...so the plan is to deload this week, then run 2 more weeks of hard training before some much needed rest and relaxation

UPDATE!
-Decided that this deload was a "blessing in disguise", decided against the workout today as my body did not feel like waking up; all week for that matter. Come to think of it, I haven't take a full week off since right after my meet, so this is nice. Still trying to plan my workout for the next two weeks to destroy myself before having to take another week off for vacation, o well...I will just use this time to recoup my body and come back to domination in time for a meet in maybe end of aug.

Had an Army PT function today, light circuit training. Am going to start lifting tomorrow and repeat last week, then progress into the 3rd week of my program in hopes to tire myself out for another coming week off. After I return I will start looking at how to structure my training to hopefully compete in late aug.
