Squat may have been a little high, but otherwise, way to muscle through those attempts. You are getting quite strong!

Thanks Commander! Definately not "pretty" attempts, but my squat form is 100 times better than after smolov. Also, for not being peaked and coming right off a training cycle. Ill take it! Do you guys think I should train off those maxes or drop a few lbs off?

New training cycle- same outline as before

Week 1, Day1

Squat:
345x5x5

Bench:
235x5x5

Pushpress:
160x2x5
-these WM workouts are getting brutal, wanted to quit half way thru

Training maxes:
Squat 435
Bench: 295
Deadlift: 500-515...use an RPE system for the most part anyway

Deadlift:
475x1 @ 9 rpe (could have went higher, had to use a thicker bar so my grip slipped)
435x4x1

365x3x1

Fighting with a crazy week, was lucky to sneak in a workout on weds! Went to nyc today with month mom who is in town. Plan is to enjoy the day, eat like a pig and slam weights tomorrow...on sat will be a short weekend, o well

Week 1 day 3

Squat:
370x3x3

Bench:
250x3x3

Seated military:
150x3x5

Abbreviated squat/bench (should have done 6 sets)because I have a short rest weekend, ill be doing 5x5 for each on Monday

-according to mapmyrun.com we ended up walking just over 7 miles yesterday, so the chicken fingers, french fries, pizza, hotdog and cake I ate yesterday really doesn't bother me, it was all consumed over a 15 hour period...should have eaten more!

No Sprints today...(maybe)

-had to drop mother off at airport early this morning, kids awake when I got home. Maybe I will get some sprints in this afternoon when/if they nap, otherwise its not a big deal since I walked 7 miles the other day anyway..will just start a new week monday! (this week was all jacked up...workout wise)
