Week 1, Day 3
Squat: 360x5x3 Bench: 240x5x3 Seated Military: 145x3x5 Rack Bench: 265x2x5 solid workout, logged all assistance, because those two lifts are helping my bench considerably. tough week, this M,W,F cycle is pretty awesome!

Training week 2, day 1
Squat: 350x5x4 Bench: 235x5x5 Push Press: 145x2x5 good training day, only did 4 reps...5th rep would have been too sloppy to count anyway. Mike, if you read this, whats your consensus on dropping a few sets to either 3-4x5...or am I being a baby and need to push thru it!?! haha, I get it done...these workouts are brutal, and some days I just run out of time...droppng sets will not be an everyday thing..just sometimes

Found out I have an Army PT test on Friday...this should be fun! Good thing before I was a Recruiter, I would do PT a few days before...you dont need tons of rest for these things..Ill be ok

Week 2, Day 3
First things first..Army PT test... 72 Push ups (2 minutes) 79 Sit ups (2 minutes) 2 Mile Run: 12:45 weighed in at 206, meaning I am 16 lbs "heavy"!!! so I get my bodyfat checked by a half --- neck and stomach measurement, 18%...ARE YOU KIDDING ME..Caliper puts me 12-14 MAX..o well, I am w/in standard so I didnt fight it -not a bad showing! felt ok, so I decided to get my lift in tonight, versus maybe waking up with sore legs tomorrow, or getting a routinely crappy Saturday workout in Squat: 370x5x3 Bench: 245x5x3 Rack Bench (about 3/4 reps to work on sticking point): 275x2x5 -got a compliment today from a co worker..I guess my uniform makes me look skinny..guy said "dang, you're actually pretty big"...IDK..made me feel good! haha

Week 3, Day 1
Squat: 355x5x5 Bench: 240x5x5 Push Press: 165x2x5 BRUTAL workout, only had 2 sets of PP in me...literally crawled out of the gym. -How do you guys squat..breath in during descent..or just before and kind of "hold" your breath? I usually do the first, but today did the latter and I think it actually helped me a little to be able to breathe out forcefully on the rising of the squat...just want to know how everyone else does it. have I been wrong the whole time breathing in as I decend?
