Bench:
275x1 @ 9 rpe
235x8x3-4
-sets were either 3 or 4 reps...depending how I felt and if I had a spot

30yard TD(tire drag) sprint x 6
30 yard TD backwards pull x6

-tire dragging is deceptively hard work!!! Haha

Oh yeah! I built the thing too early in the year. I have been itching to use it for a while. I have tire work planned for every other sunday, unless my kids want a ride! LOL. I was actually thinking about getting a snow sled to pull them around the yard, instead of using a tire.

Push press
165x2x5

Rack press:
265x2x5

Bench has been feeling really strong. I think the heavy rack press and pushpress are playing a role in this

The bench is looking strong. You're doing 5x5 with higher weight than I do for squats. I need to step it up.

-took out front squats...just didn't want to do them
-good workout, tough 3rd rep, but it got done

Deadlift:
485x1 @ 9.5
450x2, 1, 2

Squat:
395x5x1

-very INTENSE workout. cut 3 or 4 sets out of squats..did all I could just to finish as it stands.
-My grip strenght is making wonderful gains. it really does not seem to hinder me at all, like in the past.
