Squats: 360x12x2 Deadlift: 385x6x1 Pullups and machine curls for assistance -yes, I did curls today, just for the hell of it...supposedly supposed to help my elbow tendons too, it was fun. The amount of volume is REDICULOUS!

Squat: 340x5x5 Deadlift: 345x3x4 -weights felt good, reps were good -stopped squatting in front of a mirror, i think it is helping me not "reach" for parallel.

Squat: 370x5x1 380x5x3 385x2x1 Deadlift: 405x5x1 Pullups for assistance Squatting felt really god today. Have been focusing on my form and "standing up" out of the bottom..previous I was leaning too much in and my bottom quarter almost turned into a goodmorning...that is now fixed!

DUP Volume, week 3, day 5
Bench: 255x8x2 (dropped 2 sets off, wasnt feeling it today, and 2 sets will not make or break me) Inc bench and dips for assistance -This concludes the volume block of this training cycle. Will do a slight deload, then begin the peaking. I think after the peaking cycle, I will do max attempts for each lift to see where I am...I havent maxed out in a while

Taper Day 1
Squat: 365x1x1 365x2x1 (did a set of 2 while I had someone watch my depth...for a very important reason).. Deadlift: 405x2x1 -Got some plans in the works...stay tuned for an update!
