Deload day #1 (deload 2)
Squat: 335x3x5 250x20 Deadlift: 315x2x5 Chins for assistance Plan is going to be sun, mon...wed, thur for deload..after that I will be on the road for about a week traveling and working out will prob bot happen...if it does, I am lucky...if I get cabin fever maybe I can do some bw type workouts...when I get back I will run an "up load"...to get accustomed to lifting heavy again

Missed logging last 2 workouts...yesterday and today (12/22 and 12/23)
Squat: 285x3x8 Deadlift: 335x2x2 Today: Bench: 205x3x8 (paused 1 sec.) incline and dips for assistance -Deload is now done, taking a break from training for about a week while my family and I travel literally up and down the east coast for christmas. If I am able to sneak a workout it, it will be pushups, etc. and be very quick...my main concern is to not screw w/ my CNS too bad and make myself sluggish. Gonna come back after the New Year and continue to tear it up! MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE WHO READS MY JOURNAL!!! Would not be where I am today w/out all the help and support offered here.

Done with disney world vacation, traveling home. Did not workout at all, except for the full days of walking and carrying kids...nutritin was spotty, but overall not really that bad. Not sure if I wand to reverse my previous de load and ramp back into lifting, or just hit this new cycle head on...I am open to ideas, regardless, I will start lifting again monday..I may do some light cardio on sat or sun just to get my body used to moving again, but for now its just recovery mode!

Well, my plan to start lifting again today had to be modified...a stomach bug has gone thru my house the past 2 days, and today seems like the first day I can even look at food. If all goes to plan, I will start a 40 day (tues, wed,fri, sat) reverse deload to get back into lifting and start the new program the following monday!

"upload" day 1squat: (setsxreps)275x3x8deadlift:315x2x3pullups for assistance-been traveling and sick for over a week. felt good to get back in and move some weight. will bench tomorrow, squat again thurs for lower reps and more weight, then start a new program designed by WM next monday..gonna be intense.

Bench: 205x3x8 (paused) incline bench and dips for assistance -not a bad workout, body is a little sore from squatting yesterday, nothing major though.

Thanks Mike! I figured the so called upload would be a good idea for 2 reasons...1. so i can get the lifting skills back and 2. to help with some fatigue down the road. I plan on using the maxxes I used during the first cycle when I was in school a few months ago (cannot remember the numbers off hand). I may take a few more lbs off, but I am hesitant, because I recovered so nicely from my surgery a year ago and got strong fast. I dont think my week(ish) off hurt me "TOO" bad..I think if i just slightly bump my numbers down I will be fine. may have to tweak them a little into the program, just have to find the sweet spot.

squat: 315x3x5 deadlift: 305x2x5 chins for assistance will do a 3x5 bench day tomorrow, take sunday off and hit it hard Monday.
