Happy thanksgiving!!! No workout today, family time...may start again tomorrow. I am in the process of going from school to home, so we will see what time permits

Quick update...reason 22(663 why I need my own gym. Its impossible to get a workout in during the holidays, while on the road...sunday I will start the program again...its gonna be week 6, but I am gonna restart the second week...same numbers. I don't feel comfortable bumping up after a whole week off and shotty nutrition. Ill be home tomorrow, get some good food in me, start domination on sunday!

Week 6 (repeat of week 5) day 1
Squats: 340x2x8 " X6 Deadlift: 325x2x6 Chins for assistance. Dropped one set of each exercise because Its my first day back and my eating has not been to standard...plus I drove all night...o well, I got it done and missing 2 sets will not make me lose all muscle...ill take it!

A home gym is worth every penny you put into it.
BTW, great squatting and deadlifting, keeping it simple and crushing the weights!
