Deload day 1
Squat: 315x3x5 245x20 (just wanted to!!!) Deadlift: 315x2x5 I'm gonna have to sit down with a calendar and plan out my training the next 2 weeks. After this deload, I go to the field (army camping) for 3 days, then I graduate this class early the next week. So when I get to train...u can know, its on!! Once I get back into the full time routine, I'm gonna run this past cycle again to get strenght back

De load should be over, and I should be prepping for another round of defying gravity: the workoutmchne way, but being in the army means I must be adaptable...going to the field (camping, playing ranger, sleeping on the ground, ruck marching everywhere) means my body had to pay today...
Squats: 330x3x8 (great, felt very strong) SS w/ body weight chins Russian twist SS w/ BB row: 135x10x2 Bench: 135x10 (paused) 205x8 (paused) 225x3x5 strong and good Skipped deads, as either thursday when I get back (depending how I feel) or friday will be squats, deads and maybe light bench

Awesome WM...I will not make that change, after another run thru I may try a lower rep scheme...for now, I will stay put
Today marks day 1 of the new cycle...with the holidays approaching and traveling back to jersey, I will workout when I can, as close to the program as I can Week# 1, day#1 Squats: 340x3x8 Deadlift: 325x3x6 Kicked my butt, my maxes are 425 for dead/squat and 290 for bench...(Adjusted numbers from my real max)

Week 5, day 2
Bench: 215x3x8 Very good sets, felt strong...all sets for warm up have been and will be paused..seems to be helping. Military and cgbp for assistance...weights not necessary

Week 5, day 5
Bench; 230x3x5, 3x3 -got to gym late, no spotter and had to work out fast...did 3 sets of 5 good, then dropped to sets of 3, as shorter breaks caught up with me
