SMOLOV Switching Week#1, Day #2
(weightxsetsxreps) Box Squat n(15-18" box, not exactly sure i was parallel when sitting tho) 205x12x2 Deadlift 315x5x5 Chins: BWx2x10 SS W/ Seated Row: 140x2x10 -My first time ever doing box squats, kept weight low to nail the form...felt good -overall it was a good workout, deadlifts felt great, didnt want to take it too high though, just get a few good working sets was my goal

Smolov switching cycle, week #1 day#3
Since I am no good at cleaning the weight into a front squat, I cleaned the weight up, jumped off the floor, then did an explosive push press... Clean-press: 135x10 120x10, 2 sets CGBP: 155x10, 3 sets Quick, explosive and to the point!

Smolov switching week #2, day#1
DE Squat: 190x2, 3 sets 210x2, 3 sets 240x2, 2 sets HVY Bench: 230x6 245x4 260x2 Dips: BW+70x5, 2 sets -going to be a busy week traveling wed and friday...so I decided its best to lose a day of rest now, and gain an extra day at the end of the week..intense cycle starts Monday! -bench felt great, got all reps

(weightxrepsxsets) Box Squats: 225x2x10 Deadlift: 405x5x4 Pullups: BW+20x5, 2 sets SS w/ Seated cable row: 145x10, 2 sets -intense workout, cut it a little short due to the fact I puked and ran out of time. (deads made me puke...very strong workout, no straps!)

SMOLOV Switching week#2, Day #3 Clean/pushpress 155x6 165x4 175x2 CGBP: 205x5, 3 sets in, intense, out! Time for a few recovery days and the Intense cycle starts on Sunday also, i dont know if the bcaa + gatorade protocol I have put into place w/ bigger more spaced out meals has an effect, but I feel the most "muscle bound" fullest/strongest I have ever felt..its great, like every day I feel like i have grown a little. It may be due to the fact that since my meals are more spaced out and i am not worried about eating too much..back when i ate more frequently, i would feel constantly full, so eating a lot got hard...who knows, but what ever is happening it seems to be working

(will be run sun, tues, fri or as my schedule dictates) (also have an army pt test coming up, so i will have to throw in some cardio here and there to prep for that) 270x3 310x4 355x3x4 355x5 bench: 205x10 190x10, 2 sets inc bench: 145x10, 3 sets -great workout..somolov is no joke!! it was brutal!

SMOLOV Intense Mesocycle, Week #1, Day #2
250x3 290x3 330x4 375x3 355x2x5 Chins: BW+10x10, 2 sets Seated Row: 145x10, 3 sets -This crap is NO JOKE!!! 80 some % of my max for 5 reps..at the END!! This is not for the weak...I will make it! -forgot to mention in my last post that during my last week of switching I loaded creatine to see if that can help get me thru this intense cycle. -Decided that the cheap leather belts my gym has just wont cut it anymore..they are too flimsy and I cannot get them tight enough...I have an Inzer 10mm lever on order!
