You definitely got stronger! Just be careful, your knees were buckling/turning in on those max attempts. I would be conservative with the number you pick for your max to calculate the intense meso.

Thanks for the reply commander...I definately felt "stuck" at the bottom on those lifts. I wanted to see just how far I could take it...my attempt at 425 felt the same to me as 385 did in my previous cycle...I will definately knock my max back a bit for the intense cycle. I am just impressed how 385 went up, then 405, etc....I am definately stronger!

Played softball today...getting stronger must be helping as I have started to hit more homeruns...I am also a faster sprinter now and can 90 percent of the time beat out a throw. I have also had a thought...I am gonna start mixing bcaas into gatorade, 2 servings per bottle so I will flavor the bad bcaa taste and get my carbs simultaneously

Ever try potato starch for your carbs pwo? Should give em a try over gatorade.

Also for your max squats I suggest getting a spotter or your going to destroy your lower back. Your pushing the weight up at the bottom with just your lower back it looks like. And in the long run your going to blow out your back.

Thanks link...those were max attempts, and form def. Started to break down...I was about half a second away from bailing into the catch bars on the last second. I don't think my lower back wil be a problem, I keep it relatively straight...those were just 100 precent 1rm attempts...I wanted to see what I could lift until failure

I personally wouldnt count those, but again Im not very familiar with your program. I would do 1rm to failure where form isnt hindered.

Ill give you the 430 attempt as being pretty bad...but my attempt at 425 looks pretty solid to me. Granted my knees went in a little..but its a 1rm, so ill take it. I don't see where you are saying my back played a big role...I mean, your back is involved in a squat anyway and I kept mine arched, not bowed.

Id say that on the 425 attempt that at the very end when you being to come up your pulling your back up. Notice how Tommy doesnt pull his back up (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usgnUAVYgjA&feature=fvw)
