Its brutal man! i am feeling soreness in my glutes, hammies and quads that i have not felt in a very long time!!!! Its time to squat tho, this will get done.

SMOLOV Day#2
Squat: 290x7x5 Chins: BWx10x2 Seated Row: 130x10x3 -just as my legs felt a LITTLE better (not all the way) they got hammered again...all reps were good reps, now I cannot walk again! -in other news, squatting has definately impacted my clothes. had to buy new dress uniform pants, so I looked at my old pants to see what size they were...well when i was trying new ones on i had to end up getting a size 36 AND have the thighs brought out (waist brougt in)!!! lol this is progress i like to see, hemming is free!!!!!

took my dog on a very light jog today, an attempt at getting some lactic acid out of my legs before squatting again tomorrow. hope it works!!!

SMOLOV Day #3
(weightxsetsxreps) 310x7x5 Military Press 135x10 120x8, 2 sets CGBP 135x10, 3 sets -actually enjoyed todays workout! lol, as sick as that sounds...it feels great knowing I was outworking everyone else there..particularly the guy who spent an hour on bis, tris and forearms, while I was doing work and squatting heavy!! I think my little jog actually helped get rid of some soreness..all reps felt very strong today!

SMOLOV Day #4
(weightxsetsxreps) 325x10x3 -great workout! these lower rep days, while i do more sets and weight...seem easier. went home to a huge stack of pancakes, it was great. -i also cannot let workoutmchne go down in flames alone...i too was in the same DL boat as him, but after applying this brutality...that thought was insane!!!
