Squat:

250x10, 2 sets

Occlusion Squat:
165x20

Chins:
BW+10x10, 2 sets

DE Deads:
185+chainsx2, 2 sets
225+chainsx2, 2 sets

-body felt like I did a workout today
-These first few HYP days really take it out of me

WM Cycle #1, workout #4, HYP Military

Military Press:
130x10
115x10, 3 sets

CGBP:
135x10, 3 sets

Dips:
BW+10x15, 3 sets

Triceps are cooked after this one. all the dipping from this routine is really starting to add some size to my chest/shoulders/tris..my wife noticed it the other day!!

Hammies are still sore from previous workouts...hopefully they get unsore, Deads tomorrow!

Nice work, looks like you're off to another good start. The first week of this always seems to dramatically reduce my ability to walk for a few days.

Mike, YES...another great start!!

Commander...walking IS NOT overrated!! haha, especially when I have to chase kids!

Cycle #1, Workout#5 Deadlift

Deadlift:
425x4

450x2
460x2

GoodMorning:
195x10
215x8
220x6

Pullups:
BWx10

Rows:
140x10, 2 sets

Great workout...deadlift felt great...I was super amped before each set and did some work!

-on a side note, i have never been more ready for a DE day...lol..DE Bench tomorrow

quick and easy, body needed it.

-took a great pic last night that shows some impressive gains from this workout, will post it up tonight when I get home..stay tuned!

A little progress...the first pic is me in iraq in 2008...final pic was last night. I took the picture because
1. i havent done direct arm work in about 2 months now..but my arms are biggest they have been
2. traps are usually a stubborn part for me..and i havent done neck or shrugs in A LONG TIME..but my traps have seemed (is that a word?) to grow
