Great job! I want to try what you did, gotta find a sturdy backpack.

You should try dragging something next time, a whole different experience!

Alright, here is the game plan...gonna run the WM cycle again for a couple reasons..

1. it works
2. i am going on vacation in about 6 weeks..so its perfect!

I will make some minor tweaks in the routine that I commented on last time

1. for the last 2 weeks assistance work will be either very slim or NONE
2. all DE work will be with chains
3. may cut out DE deads all together (still deciding)

My Maxes (calculated) for this cycle are:

Deads: 500
Squats: 405
Bench: 280
Military: 185

Nothing crazy with the calculations, i know im stronger w/ deads and military so i upped it slightly. bench was upped mid cycle last time, so it will stay and i missed the last rep on squats so that will stay as well

**PERSONAL CHALLENGE** at the end of this cycle, I WILL deadlift 500 lbs straps are allowed (although i will work up as far as I can without them for entire cycle to get grip strenght) this is my personal challenge as the 500 max is stricly what I feel I can do.

Cycle 1, workout 1
Deadlift

Deadlift:
400x6 (no straps)
425x4
450x2 All felt really good

GoodMornings:
185x10
205x8
215x6

Pullups:
BWx10,8

Rows:
135x10, 2 sets

I believe you will get the 500 as well.

And nice work on the 400 meter intervals a few days ago. 1:25 is a great pace for 4 of them!

Kind of makes me want to try, 400s are absolutely horrible...in a good way.
