Todays workout
WM Cycle, Workout#13 Squat HYPER BB Squat: 295x10 275x10, 2 sets Occlusion squats: 155x20 Chinups: BWx12, 2 sets DE Deadlift: 215x2, 2 sets 240x2, 2 sets -Killer workout, squats took everything out of the tank..after the set of occlusions, I wanted to puke...made it through the whole workout though... |

Thanks for the comments Mike, and yes, I felt AWEFUL! haha, after the squats, just felt like I got hit by a truck, I could only go home and lay down! haha I thought about taking the chins and deads out, but instead opted for longer rest periods and kind of alternating sets, did chins..De deads x2, chins, de deads...it worked out.

today was a complete day off...i had the "lets run bug" in me today...especially after my 2 mile time...I want to keep it!!! but the rain kept me inside. I will start running again either tomorrow after shoulders, or Saturday on the next off day...still undecided

Bench HVY BB Bench: 235x4 240x4 250x2 255x1 (PR) (missed a rep, dont think my rest was long enough..previous set felt really good) CGBP: 195x5, 3 sets Inch Bench: 185x5, 2 sets Dips: BW+75x5 -After increasing my poundage for bench, assistance work took a def. hit today..its ok tho, ill take bench increases over assistance anyday -as for my PR..i did a bench comp. about 1.5 yrs ago in iraq...i capped @250..when I was fresh..255x1 today at the end of the workout was GREAT!
