Started the WM cycle today. at first when i looked at the weight i was supposed to lift today, i kind of under estimated it...i thought it would be too light for only doing 2 reps at the end...i was wrong, it felt great...good workout to smoke my hammies and back!

3 mile jog...very easy pace, i can turn cardio down and completely rest on my off days in 2 weeks after my army PT test.

Squat Hyper (de deads)
BB Squat: 275x12
255x10, 2 sets

Occlusion squat: 135x20

Chins: BWx12, 10

DE Dead: 215x2, 2 sets
240x2, 2 sets

-Occlusion squats were alright for my first time ever incorporating occlusion. next time i need to wrap a bit tighter, i let it go today as it was my first time, weight seemed light

DE Bench

Warmup: Pushups BWx20, 3 sets
Crunches BWx30, 3 sets

BB Bench: 105x3, 2 sets
115x3, 4 sets
125x3, 2 sets

DB Rear Delt: 20x10, 3 sets

-also doing interval cardio tonight, only reason is my PT test coming up end of next week. figure if there is a day to run, its DE bench day, didnt harm my legs today...DE squat tomorrow, but again, should be no problem.

its good to be in DOMINATION mode!!! but really, I have never felt like such a punk the day after squats until i did DE squats the other day...after the workout i was like "that was easy, i shouldnt have DOMS..." Wrong answer!!! hahahaha
