25 elevated "perfect pushups" and 25 situps every hour in the office today. When i get home, 1.5 miles or so w/ the dog, drop her off at home...go about 2 more myself. I have been lacking in cardio the past 2 weeks, gonna step it up today cuz I have Saturday off before A1 on Sunday.

Deadlift: 415x5/325x12 both are PRs

great work out today, uncharted territory from here on out w/ deads!!!

thanks commander!!!

today was cardio day...somewhere between 3-4 miles total, nice easy jog.

lately, i have incorporated no carbs after 7pm..and so far Im winning..but it aint easy!! ahah, lets just say PB and almonds are my new friends at night...lol...i am by no means fat, but i think the carb cut off allows me more flexibility during the day and can beak even at night if i binge!!! haha

Tuesdays workout

A2

BB Curl 80x25 RP
Alt. Hammer Curl 40x20
LP Calf 360x12
Seated Leg Curl 130x22 RP
Leg Press 630x8 / PR475x20

Even though I am still going strong on my blast, I have already figured out what I will be doing after this blast....Thanks to WorkoutMchne I will be running his program between DC Blasts...I think that will be my rotation for a while..DC, WM, DC, etc...I think There are huge gains to be made, especially if im hitting PRs only 3 weeks into my blast. Ill tell ya, once WM oked me the use of the routine I have been stoked..like a kid on christmas, but christmas is still a month away and I already know what im getting!!! hahahahah, im such a dork, but I guess that means I am passionate about the gym! stay tuned folks...im making PRs BY THE DAY!!!

*i only care about PR on squats, deads, bench, sh press and rows really...im only tracking them on squats, deads, lp, and hack squats for this blast

-after a lengthy email conversation w/ WorkoutMchne, i have realised i am doing too much cardio to meet the goals established for myself...i have decided to run 2x a week..MAX! I am naturally in decent shape, so there are no worries about me not being able to pass an army physical fitness test...i will run 3-4 miles one day @ 80%and then the other day i will do sprints or 400m intervals @ my race pace. Cardio will not be done w/in 24 hrs of a leg workout..so ill have to plan accordingly! my goal is 220 lbs while maintaining my bf% in 6 months...thats 17lbs to go! hopefully dropping all the cardio will kickstart it for me!
