ID, bandaids, face towel, keys, PWO shake
things that go in-n-out during workouts: ipod/headphones, ab wheel, wrist wraps, sweatshirt if it gets too hot i use one of those tiny soccer backpacks as my gym bag, something that doesnt take up too much room and can still fit all my crap |

depending on how clean your gym's facilities are you may wanna consider bringing sandals or flip flops to shower in! athletes foot/staph is no fun!

My lockerroom is questionable so I can't ever see myself using the shower with or without flip flops unless its an emergency.

I carry two often to the gym:
1. One is for clothing so I can change clothes and head to lab. Got clothes, toothpaste, post-workout shake, etc. 2. Other is pure gym equipment. I have: straps, weight belt, occlusion wraps (various kinds for upper and lower body), elbow gear to put the straps around (they pinch my skin otherwise), chalk, towel, water bottle, gym shoes, running shoes, keys, ipod, squat pad. I think that is all. I usually only bring my squat pad on leg days, cause it is pretty heavy and bulky to carry. Think that is all.
