Hey ABCers, if you don't have a journal, I strongly recommend it.
Check out the journal section, we have some great journals going right now. There is a lot of comradery going on. It is very helpful and informative.

journal section is the most informative section on any training forum in my opinion...seeing the results of a program in progress as well as the lifters emotions...love it

My journal has helped my training significantly, after one year of journaling I was able to put on close to 20 lbs, and knowing that people are viewing my workouts prevents me from cheating myself.

Andro, you are definitely one of the best at conveying your emotions. That's probably why your journal has so many views and replies. We could all learn a lesson from you.
I'm the same you as Cory, just knowing that others will be viewing gives me that extra push of motivation to add to my internal motivation. Any extra bit helps.

Journal section is always the best part of any training forum. You can see what others are doing and the progress they have made. All serious lifters that want results should keep a journal. I always write my workouts in a book then post them here. That way when the paper runs out I start a new one but I can still look back here and see what I did in the past.
