I've been thinking about starting on creatine to take it up a notch, but I had a few questions, mainly regarding safety. I know it's best to drink lots of water to get the best results while on creatine, but I've heard stories of people dieing from being dehydrated while on creatine. Now these may be extreme cases, but how safe is it if, for example, I forget to drink as much water as I should one day. I just don't want to be paranoid with the thought that if I don't drink enough water every day I might die, heh.
Is it best to take with food, or can I take it by itself? And what are some reputable brands? |
