I know God should be one, and I am working on that.

Stolen from Andro, reprinted at Maverick's own advice from a previous "in the well" thead:

If you could form Team Mr. JW...what would it look like?

Your workout partner?
Your nutritionist?
Your trainer?
Gym?
Sponsor?

My greatest achievement thus far would probably be getting my B.S. in civil Engineering.

The greatest achievement I want to achieve would probably be an elite powerlifter, as well as a very aesthetic body. I would also like to achieve some promotions in the workplace, but opportunities probably won't come about until the next couple years.

Baddest as in morally bad, or like bad ***? I have done some terrible things, as we all have, but I guess the most bad *** thing I've done (aside from some pretty respectable highlights in my hs wrestling days) would be knocking a dude out with one punch. A left hook he never seen coming. His teeth went through his lower lip, and he required stitches and suffered a concussion. I had a huge gash on my left knuckle, and my hand got infected and looked like Mickey Mouses's for a while. Was it stupid I hit him? Yes. But he initiated the whole thing, wouldn't get out my face, and I warned him three times. Even pushed him once and said this is it, come at me, I am taking it as a threat....needless to say, I have matured since then, and don't get myself in those situations anymore. That was during my college days, where the morally bad things list is ridiculously, and shamefully long.

Haha Team JW. Let's see:

Workout Partner: Arnold (from prime days)....that arrogant sucker would push me to excel, haha. If it had to be now, it would probably be this dude in my gym who is 45ish, and a successful powerlifter. He has had some bodybuilding days, but converted to strictly powerlifting, where he holds several records. He is the most knowledgeable, motivational, and humble person I have around the gym, and has been drug free all his life. I sometimes train with him, but his goals, and schedule is different from mine.

Nutritionist: probably Layne Norton...everything I have read from him and seen seems cutting edge and the dude knows his stuff.

Gym: The same one I attend, but with some more equipment and some heavier dumbbells. Our gym is old school, and geared towards guys. It is quite small, but it is almost perfect IMO.

Sponsor: Team Realtree Hey, Matt Hughes gets hunting sponsors, why couldn't I??? If it had to be BB related, probably Optimum Nutrition or Scivation. Even better would be abcbodybuilding! I rep them all the time!

I regret not playing football in high school. I know I coulda been a nasty defender.

I'll pass the torch tomorrow before I get off work at 5 (eastern time), so if you guys have any more questions, fire away. I'll research who hasn't been in the well tomorrow, or you guys suggest prime candidates.

Man, there are so many places I could put up here, but I suppose I'll limit it to one. I think I would like to go to Hawaii to see the beautiful landscape, and the beaches.

Also, ask me another day and I might say Alaska, Australia, and Italy.

Of places you have already vacationed, what is your favorite?

If you had to train a newbie, what are several pieces of advice you'd give him/her?

What was the last book you read and what made you read it?
