Were actually lifting exactly the same,
20kg bar+4x5kg+2x2.5kg+2x1.25kg=47.5kg

when i worked it out into pounds it was like 104.7lbs anything above .5 i round up.

And yeah i was playing free for all and owned the last three rounds then saw you was online so thought i'd join your death match. I kinda suck on invasion, but after you left i played one more round on estate and got 39 kills 9 deaths.

I feel hard done by on this workout. Squats are feeling heavier and im getting close to my PR. bench press i failed on my very last rep, which i didnt expect to. i just didnt have it in me on the day. next workout i'll destroy 170.5. DL's are coming along, im just being very careful with these and allowing my from to adjust to the heavier weights. if it even falters slightly i'll not increase the weight until it is 100%. last thing i need right now is another injury.

Squats are feeling very good. ive got my old groove back and im confident of setting a new PR within the next 10 days. After last weeks PR's for OH press and Rows i kept the weight the same as my form was a bit sloppy on my final reps. This time round it felt better. especially OH press. Rows on the otherhand im going to keep at the same weight for another workout as my last few reps sucked and i was finding myself bringing my body down to the weight a bit too much.
Gonna hit a new PR for bench this week so bring on Weds!

I hit my bench press PR today so im really happy. my last rep was very slow and i almost missed it so i'll be sticking with the same weight next time before moving up. Squats are getting close to my PR and DL's felt very comforable and i'm getting a groove going on them now.

good to see you are hitting new personal records and progressing. my max lifts are pretty similar to yours so it is good to see you improve.

do u guys play MW2 on 360 or ps3? i have it on ps3 if you guys wanna ever play together let me know.

Pretty much routine stuff today. Squats still feel really good, OH press was a struggle, as was Rows but i managed them ok, gonna up squats and keep press and rows the same next time.

Sorry bout the xtend mate some bloke a couple doors down from me bought it the day after i offered it to you. I wern't actually gonna sell it i thought you might want it and i dont use it anymore but then he offered me some cash and i do need to buy some more whey

I hit my PR on squats, and easily . I also altered my warmups slightly as i felt last time i could have doen a better prgression. Bench press was a struggle, ive never known a last rep to feel so heavy and i almost failed it, so looks like its the same wieght next time. DL's feel great now and are getting heavier. im on the verge of switching to an over/under grip.
