I think i may have had something similar, your knee feels fine when straight then when you squat down you get a twinge below your kneecap that feels like a trapped nerve or something. Still nice to be reading your log again.

I have the same issue. I hot a patella tendinitous band for it and it really helped

Great workout today. I was able to squat again, no discomfort or pain in my knee although i was lacking in my normal groove. Bench press felt very easy i could have had 7 reps on each set so im going for a PR on friday. I am also feeling more comfortable on DL's, my form has improved and my lower back is holding up.
Im currently weighing in at 169lbs which is slightly up from before my time off.

Nice workout today. havent done standing calf raises for a while so ive swapped back to them for a few weeks. im going to really push myself on these and make sure i get more reps next time. My cardiovascular fitness is beginning to improve.

I really enjoyed this workout today. squats are increasing back towards my PR. I managed new PR's for OH press and Pendlay rows. I wont be increasing the weight on these next time. both these PR's were very difficult and i almost failed on both. My form for OH press is improving nicely my final set had much better form than the second set and as a result felt easier than the previous 2 sets. Ive stopped resting the bar on my shoulders and breathing. instead im breathing for my next rep on the negative aspect of the lift. it really helped with my form.

I got you beat in the OH press PR by half a pound, but your rows PR has mine beat by a long shot man I think and i don't want to jinx it but i may have finally got the hang of the OH press i'm gonna shoot for 50kg on monday. Oh and nice games on MW2, **** you and your models!

what weights are you using to make up the 105 on OH press and how heavy is your bar? mine is a 20kg bar so ive got 27.5kg to make it 104.5lbs.

Oh and we kicked **** on MW2 it was mad i saw a team mate stab me then saw it was you. bit random! I believe i had you on the last game. i rock on invasion.
