Tonight I was worn out, but I did a 10 minute interval on my stationary bike and then walked 2 and a half miles.

Yeh man. Two of the most infuental moments in my life were
1. When My dad got me my first set of dumbells 2. The first time I heard Metallica. Justice for all is my deadlift album!

My friend of Misery
My squat is the lift that I have the hardest time increasing, and by far its the exercise I have done the most volume on. Including 20 set workouts. Gabe has pointed out though that while its good for endurance seeing how much heart you have, its not optimal for strength. So I have been lowering the volume of my squats. Today Ill hit legs twice. My first one was pretty much just squats hypertrophy, Ill do some isolation tonight Full Squats 135 X 12, 225 X 10, 275 X 12, 295 X 10, 305 X 8 Occlusion squats 185 X 10 X 2 sets Squat felt real good today, but my back was fatigued still from tuesday. My next heavy squat day I am real interested to see how I feel. Ill go back tonight and hit leg extensions etc.

i think after time the amount that you can increase by is smaller and smaller, im still in the phase of very fast strength gains, sometimes 5kg a week on some exercises. this is probably because ive only been back to the gym for nearly 3 months now. i'm waiting for the plateaus to kick in shortly.
do you ever use front squats, sissy squats and change your stance regularly?
