Yesterday- warmups Squats- 125 lbs 3x5 Bench- 120 lbs 3x5 Deads- 125 lbs 5x3 Dips- 2x10 Weighted Crunches- 2x12 |

Squats- 125 lbs 3x5 Military- 65 lbs 3x5 pull ups 2xF didnt have time to workout.. had to hurry through the sets.. skipped the cleans.. |

Squats- 130 lbs 3x5 Bench- 130 lbs 3x5 Deads- 140 lbs 3x5 I was feeling a bit under the weather.. its the rainy season here.. I had cough & mild fever.. didnt feel like working out AT ALL but still finished it quite easily.. credit goes to the yelling by my training partner ![]() |

good to see you are slowly upping the weights. i've just come back from an injury so i know how you feel. just keep plugging away and you'll make gains in no time.
