took an extra day off because of back to back exams

Yesterday-

warmups
Squats- 125 lbs 3x5
Bench- 120 lbs 3x5
Deads- 125 lbs 5x3
Dips- 2x10
Weighted Crunches- 2x12

Yesterday-

Squats- 125 lbs 3x5
Military- 65 lbs 3x5
pull ups 2xF

didnt have time to workout.. had to hurry through the sets.. skipped the cleans..

Squats- 130 lbs 3x5
Bench- 130 lbs 3x5
Deads- 140 lbs 3x5

I was feeling a bit under the weather.. its the rainy season here.. I had cough & mild fever.. didnt feel like working out AT ALL but still finished it quite easily.. credit goes to the yelling by my training partner

good to see you are slowly upping the weights. i've just come back from an injury so i know how you feel. just keep plugging away and you'll make gains in no time.

thanks, i've started to have a little difficulty with increasing weights now that im getting close to my earlier max. Legs were always my weakness & i started squatting a bit late when i realised the importance of strong legs, so my max wasnt much as compared to other lifts (around 170).
I'm thinking of incorporating front squats & a hamstring exercise, on the 2nd workout of the week, as suggested by rippetoe

Squats- 145 lbs 3x5
Bench- 142 lbs 3x5
Deads- 165 lbs 1x5

Accessory:
BB curls- 80 lbs 2x10
BB Extensions- 80 lbs 2x10

Note: i wrote deadlifts 3x5 instead of 1x5 by mistake in previous workout
