3 cups of quick oats
1 cup natty PB 6 scoups whey 1/2 cup raisens 4 teaspoons honey 1 cup water mix together in large mixing bowl ( with hands ) spread out on a cooking sheet. actually my wife formed it like small loaf of bread and wrapped it in press and seal. refridgirate for about an hour It made 13 portions at 234 cals and 16 grams of protein per bar. tastes great and was simple to make. i will never buy another protein bar.
