Time to throw some up here, show where I've been, and where I am now. A lot of work to be done, but I figure having the pics up here where people can see will give me that extra drive to better myself. I've put on some size in the last year, but I'll always be my biggest critic, my back needs to be signifcantly wider, I need a bigger chest. I'm open to all suggestions, I want to be the best. Thanks guys.
Picture taken in 2005 right before my tryout w/ WWE I was between 205-210, not very lean. ![]() This one is from April of '08, I'm 168 lbs in this pic ![]() The next two are from today, last weigh in I was at 192lbs ![]() ![]() A lot of work to be done, but I'm ready for the challenge.

Great way to show your journey. Can you tell us what you did on your way from 205-210 to 168?
You can tell you have been careful to add the mass back slowly as you have went from 168 to 192. You have stayed lean. I saw the calves in your journal, but any pictures of the wheels? Your arms are looking good, your biceps are quite full. I would definitely prioritize the back width and thickness.

These are my legs from April of 2008, I had to use this pic for motivation on leg days, when I heard my step sister call them chicken legs I started doing hip squats on spot.
![]() The lighting sucks in the next two, but here am I as of today, still a lot of work to be done, I don't think I'll ever be satisfied, but that's a good thing. ![]() ![]()

Dude get some back thickness and width going on and you'll be on your way to swoll! Pull ups from all angles and deadlifts should become your best friends. Can't wait to see you in the ring bro

Agree with what everyone has said as well, If you get the back thickness up you will be looking huge!

Thanks for the comments guys, seeing the picture of my back was a humbling experience, but I know its something that I'm capable of accomplishing. Wide and thick or die trying is my mentality right now.
