I have always been interested in training and fitness, as of 15 jan 2009, I have made it into a daily routine, I started out very lite on weights with machines. I completed my first 90 days and now am working on my next 90 day routine to include free wieghts and cable. Yesterday we got a new gym with new weights (toys) the old YMCA was 42 years old and some of the weights were there from the begining. I spend one hour a day with streaching and have a two day split routine of upper and lower body with cardio. I have made major change to my diet and have eliminated all JUNK food. Water has become very important as well. I am "running the race" and will come in first place. All ready I am seeing and feeling changes taking place.

I have always been enthusiastic about exercising and health and health and fitness, as of 15 jan 2009, I have made it into a everyday schedule, I began out very en aning on loads with devices. I finished my first 90 days and now am working on my next 90 day schedule to consist of free weights and wire. Last night we got a new gym with new loads (toys) the old YMCA was 42 years old and some of the loads were there from the starting. I invest one time a day with stretching and have a two day divided schedule of higher and reduced body with aerobic.
