Has anyone heard of this?
Supposedly Troy Polamalu uses it, along with many other athletes. The whole concept is training for "athleticism" versus strength and power. I'm sure a lot of it is just like P90x, where you're doing a lot of body-weight and core movements... Check out this video and pay attention to the exercises he's doing, they're pretty WEIRD-looking... http://sportsciencelab.com/drupal5/f...video/troy.mov I don't really know what to make of it; it seems like it would work, if athleticism is your goal.
