Heavy Upper today Angie had another solid workout...she hit some PR's on most of the lifts...she's hitting milestone after milestone...great job today babe -10 minutes walking at 5% -10 minutes walking at 10% Flat BB Bench- 65 x 2 75 x 2 80 x 2 85 x 1 Incline DB Bench- 20's x 8 25's x 8 25's x 8 DB Row- 40 x 5 45 x 5 45 x 5 BB Standing Press- 45 x 5 55 x 5 55 x 5 DB Curl- 20's x 5 20's x 5 Deathrep Skullcrushers- 35 x 5 40 x 5
