It seems pretty interesting, I wouldn't mind trying it if I was looking to lose a few lbs. I always like to experiment to see how my body reacts to different work-outs and routines. I think I get the best balance of knowledge and experience that way so that I can alter routines and exercises to fit my body best.

Thats closed-minded.
I'm not endorsing this routine, but the leanest gains I've ever made in my life were from weight training twice a week and doing LOTS of high intensity cardio and fight training during the week (5-7 hours worth). Its the only time in my life since my beginners gains that I've made noticable increases in mass and at the same time made noticable decreases in body fat. |

I've done Waterbury routines in the past (notably the Anti-bodybuilding Hypertrohpy routine). His planned progression I've found to be very appropriate. Unfortunately, I've never done a routine geared at fat loss so I can't speak for the efficacy of this particular program.
