Default Weight-Loss Supps

Hi everyone. There are so many different types of weight-loss supps out there. I wanted to get any and all opinions on which ones REALLY WORK!

Also, any comments on the Ephedra products out there would be of help also.

Thanks in advance for your time.

-Josh

Ephedrine could lead to heart problems and/or a reliance; some people develop a reliance of ephedrine for the energy it provides. Also, almost any fat-loss supplement won't work or isn't worth the money, or is dangerous (depending on what you're using, ie. diuretics -which only make you lose water). Just drink plenty of water and reduce your calories but not too drastically or your body will begin to burn muscle tissue for energy. Goodluck!

I use hydroxycut during my cuts... but not the recommended dosage (I use less).

I find the thermogenic and hunger-reducing effects to be pretty useful.

If you want, you could just use Hoodia to help you with hunger.

it is but in the same way as tea and coffee you'd need large amounts to get 'dry' off it
