The beast is back, still cant do a thing about triceps though

one of the shots (preacher curls) his biceps look sick! before synthol is mentioned unlikely! you can see the veins over the muscle bellies, most synthol uses just have a ball of mass and no veins showing

First pro i have actually ever see USE a supp that is made by thier sponsor! Usually they just say they do, when in reality probably never even heard of it..

It didn't look like he enjoyed that green infusion of protein.

If one is genetically-handicapped when it comes to certain muscle groups, he should really focus on better exercises than pressdowns with girly weights and fake-dips.

Dude, he is enormous... way too big. Right at the beginning when he was doing those DB Bicep curls I could hardly watch- I expected his bicep to pop.

yeah weird what genetics does. there is a guy at my gym that has massive tries. I had to ask what he does/ as in if he tries to build them specifically and he just said that is his body part that genetically just grows on its own.

but he does look kinda funny with how big his bicep is. guy is crazy huge.. has some amazing veingage going on! though impressive, i dont think i would want that.

Forgive me but I thought Markus Ruhl although he looks good was as old as I am. I didn't know he was still around.
