Ok, I will pass on the torch on Monday when I get home. Internet access is very restricted over here. So if any more questions, get them in.
Any nominations for next "in the well"?

I think it's good we take a little break... I think people are becoming jaded to repeated questions. I feel like we should make a list of the "usual" questions and start off every thread with that. Then any individual/unusual questions should be asked by the people.

If weightlifting, the sport, then my advice would be to visit a coach as early and as often as possible. Even if it means driving for a couple of hours to see a coach, it is worth it. As little as a couple of sessions each month will make a massive difference in terms of technique development. For a beginner in general weight training I would just advise to read, read, read. There are so many excellent online resources like ABC and many others. If you read, post questions of forums and think about training you will learn so much and develop your own training system that works well for you. My other piece of advice would be to keep it simple. Beginners can see fantastic improvements from the most basic of exercises and workouts.
