Default Adrenal Fatigue and loss of fitness focus

I've experienced a triple whammy within the past year- shoulder surgery, loss of job and moving, & menopause. I've got 10-15 lbs on me that I'm now getting desperate to lose. I used to lift weights 5-6 days a week faithfully but now find I'm exhausted all the time and can't get the intensity back in my workouts..

I've been to my Dr and am now getting the needed supplements that have made a world of difference but I'm still not up to the punishing workouts I used to do. How do I lose this weight at my age? How do I get the most bang for the workout buck (max 40 minutes per day) that will enable me to reach my goals? I'm not a runner and now have more joint issues to worry about than before. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Made a smart choice posting here!

Weight loss is all about diet. Exercise just facilitates the process. I would start with that. Post it up for a critique. Also post your split up (or what you have in mind).

40 minutes a day of exercise is more than enough. As for your joints, there are a lot of really good cardio machines, like the elliptical, which are low impact on the joints. Try those.

Matthew 7:20
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
