Have you contemplated working in the strength/fitness industry?

good answers. Name 1 (or more) things that you believe about bodybuilding, strength training, health, etc... that you can't prove.

spot reduction, not to the extent people think i believe it can work by working the muscles inturn causing heat production which gives fat cells energy making them oxide faster

Fair point. One piece of advice... if you have hopes of working in the industry in the future, try to do a little volunteer coaching here and there if you can. That way when you are in better shape and want to move into it professionally you will have some experience and some clients or athletes who can vouch for you.

Where abouts in the UK are you based? Do you have a group of like minded athletes that you train with? If so, how does this help or hinder your training?
