me and a freind climbed a 30ft tree when 14 for the sake of it got to top, trunk snapped, i landed arse first on floor he landed on feet but managed to knee himself in the eye, fractured tailbone for me eye socket for him

i have passed certificates for nutrition and personal trainer in courses over here in uk but not ncss or anything major, am considering it but would like to get myself in better shape first as i think impression is important

spot reduction, not to the extent people think i believe it can work by working the muscles inturn causing heat production which gives fat cells energy making them oxide faster

Fair point. One piece of advice... if you have hopes of working in the industry in the future, try to do a little volunteer coaching here and there if you can. That way when you are in better shape and want to move into it professionally you will have some experience and some clients or athletes who can vouch for you.

Where abouts in the UK are you based? Do you have a group of like minded athletes that you train with? If so, how does this help or hinder your training?

this is a great idea, im near leeds sadly dont work out with many like minded but i'm highly self motivated anyway
