This list is dead on... Sometimes I just shake my head at what I see at the gym. One of my favorites has to be the person who believes they're being sly when they're checking themselves out in the mirror. The person who also has an inch in front of the mirror and the only way to scratch it is to reveal their arm, or stomach. Personally I work out in a sweat shirt, I have nothing to prove to any of them, I'm there to workout, not show off.

whoa so many of you guys actually do bicep curls in the racks? and thats one of my biggest issues
there is always some dumb numpty doing them when i want to squat. 9/10 when i ask how long are you gonna be i get back as long as i want i was here first. yeah they dont like it if i block the counter and chat to reception while they want to sign out of the gym though lol |

I'm guilty of 8...what can I say I like the olympic bar!
I saw a guy doing number 9 today. He had a really low BF% and some alright lats for some reason. But his legs were soooooo small, I doubt he'd be able to complete a full squat with 135lbs loaded on the bar. He goes over and picks up a 90lb curl bar and starts throwing his ENTIRE BODY into the lift, it made me sick. Then he goes on to use the 95 and 100. I thought his back was gonna break. |
