Yes, squatting does represent some challenges. But, I think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. My knees seem to come out of place with twisting motions or with jumping and landing. So, I'm going to keep the weights low until I think that I can handle it and remain cautious.

Monday, 3/9/2009, Back Warmup, Crunches, 4XBWX140 Lat Pulldowns (Normal/Wide/Narrow/Normal Grip), 4X150X10 Narrow Grip Cable Rows, 4X150X10 Barbell Shoulder Shrugs, 1X70X10, 3X90X10 Assisted Pullup, 4XBW-150X10 I didn't really feel it in my back. My forearms got a good pump. Maybe, lower weights and more reps work better for me. Any suggestions appreciated. Troy |

Well, not my best workout week. I had a webinar at lunchtime on Wednesday and a luncheon with some retirees on Thursday. I did an abbreviated arm workout on Friday at home.
