Matthew 7:20
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

-Uncooked whole grain rolled oats
-Low fat yogurt
-Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc) Fresh berries aren't available in your area or out of season? Grab a bag of frozen mixed berries from the grocery instead.

When I get tired of oatmeal I sometimes mix low fat yogurt, flaxseed (ground), and some protein powder (vanilla). It's a little gritty but not that bad tasting.

mash in 1/2 a banana for a creamier texture, a splash of unsweetened almond milk, handful of fiber one cereal for a 'crunch' and several diced nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), oh and a pack or two of splenda to sweeten it up

Try this out...

Ingredients:
1/2C dry oats
1/2C skim milk
2T shredded coconut
1T chopped UNSALTED hazelnut or almonds
Splenda to taste

Directions:
1) Mix first three ingredients (without the nuts)
2) Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes
3) Once it's out, add the nuts & splenda --- you can also add a little more milk if it's too dry

It's like eating a desert!

If you mix oatmeal with protein shakes, the best one I have had is mixing oatmeal with champion low carb ultramet vanilla...good stuff! Then add some cinnamon and splenda.
