~ Today I did real squats(ATG) it was quite amazing, pretty low weight but I'm sure I'll be racking up much more constantly. Workout - 2 sets warmup x 8 one @ 50% one @ 75% Squats 3x5x95 Bench 1x5x105 / 2x7x105 Deadlifts 3x5x165 Then did some easy core. And lots of pullups(i just like doing them for fun) mm but the squats were just great, felt so awesome my *** hurts though! :P |

Squats 3x5x105
Military press 3x5x65 PowerCleans 5x3x65 Didn't feel like changing weight for powercleans usually 65 is more then enough but today it was ridiculously easy, I'll definitly be putting that up next time. Didn't have time for core today. |

Didn't do squats today felt weird nerve pain in my thigh, it would come and go
seems to be gone i think it was from bad sleep form ![]() Todays workout Bench press 3x5x115 (the last rep was so epic, i went up so slow but i made it) Overall the bench felt too heavy but I lifted it so easily it was quite weird. Calve Raises 3x15x65 Weird turns with weight for core 3x15x25 Pullups 3x8xbw |

Met this guy at gym today, asked him to watch my squats he was one of those austrian oak type of guys, told me i could be going lower so he told me to lower my weight and go down lower, it was really really intense. I was so close to throwing up, I just did some core then went home my body is still feeling flushed, its ridiculous, gonna build up from those. Not worth putting down my excersises today since I didn't do much but I'm glad I got to do squats, <3 squats.

TODAYS WORKOUT
was amazing, felt like dying. Had to sit for 20 minutes after just absorbing felt soooo good though. Squats, Super Low. 3x5x105 (Weight hasn't gone up but I went lower) Military press 3x5x75 (These were really hard but I finished em' off like a champ!) Powercleans 5x3x75 Easy like I said before I need to put more weight on! |

Haven't been posting but I've been lifting, heres latest numbers
135x3x5 Squats 200x1x5 Deadlifts 125x3x5 Bench 90x5x3 PowerCleans 80x3x5 Military press Haven't weighed myself lately but at least a dozen people have told me I look considerably bigger, makes me feel mighty fine, a lot of my clothes feels tight aswell especially around my legs. The hard times of bodybuilding ![]() |
