I have been having second thoughts on BJ and Florian. I think BJ may have woke up and gotten motivated. I am still leaning towards Florian, but I will pick officially before the fight. Haha.

for the first time in my life i feel that Fedor took the easy way out on this one...he knows **** well that he won't have the top competition in Strikeforce...i'm very disappointed in him, but we all knew that him in the UFC would never happen...what a joke...what Dana said about him was right on...i still love Fedor, but give me a break...Strikeforce? wow

It's only a matter of time before Strikeforce goes belly up as well. He definitely won't have top level competition there, and from what I hear they're not going to let him fight Brett Rogers. The people pulling the strings for Fedor are morons, I believe the co promoting will cause Strikeforce to fold in the end. So hopefully one day will can see some real match ups, not Fedor taking on a bunch of substitute teachers.

Fedor still has 3 fights with M-1, of which he is part owner, so the UFC was pretty much an impossibility without co-promotion. From what was said in reports, it sounds like White was as accomodating as he could have been to a fighter who in all actuality is not that big of a PPV draw.

Yes, Dana did everything possible. A co-promotion is stupid IMO. I agree with Dana's remarks. Fedor says he never turned down a fight. Well, techinically he turned down several. He knew that the competition was top notch in the UFC, and he would not beat everyone they put in front of him. The list he would have faced may have even resulted in more than one loss: Couture, Lesnar, Mir, Carwin, Machida, and even Silva. During the negotiations, Fedor was said to constantly be on the phone. Can we say Russian mafia??? Haha.

I also agree with Chuck's statements when he said "Fedor is f***ing scared."

I think Fedor was bred to fight, IMO he's either 1 or 2 on the list of pound for pound the best. The only person on this list that may have a shot against him would be Lesnar, just based off size and strength, but it wouldn't surprise me to see Fedor pull off a submission on the ground. I don't think he's scared at all, we'll see after his next three fights if they can come to an agreement. One thing I heard today that made me shake my head is one of Fedor's guys bad mouthing Lesnar, and claiming that Brett Rogers was better competition for Fedor. Its going to be funny when Rogers is exposed.

Forrest by Heart. LOL.. I want to see the SPIDER FALL.. The best chance for that to happen is at 205 IMO...

Silva over Griffin

Though the betting line is +4.00 at the casinos in NV, so substantial money could be won if Griffin is able to pull off an upset tonight, glad I don't gamble.

Great fights tonight, definitely know what BJ and Silva are pound for pound some of the best in the world. For Silva to go up a weight class and annihilate its former champion says a lot. Can't wait to see more matchups at 205.

As for Penn fighting Sanchez don't believe its a good matchup for Sanchez at all, I see Sanchez trying to push the standing up and getting picked apart by Penn.

who is going to beat this guy? lol...i thought Forrest might be able to pull off the upset, but...NOPE....i'm glad BJ got his stuff back together

i was 1-1 last night...i don't plan on making picks for WEC tonight as i'm not as versed in those fighters...one would think Torres will continue to win, but i'm not as familiar with them.
