As far as my ROM goes I can get the squat bar where it needs to be, but no comfortably yet, I'd say one more week of consistent stretching I should be where I need to be.

DB Curls: 4X10
Machine Curls: 4X10 Reverse Machine Flys: 4X10 Rope Lateral Raises: 4X10 Machine Press: 4X10 Smith Machine Shrug: 4X12 Cable Wood Choppers: 3X10 Olympic Situps: 3X10 Jackknives: 3X10 Good day, my church took place at an event's center over 1000 people attended, took communion and watch around 50 get baptized. Most importantly one of my friend that I had lost touch with gave his redemption story, really happy that he was able to come to Christ. Workout went well, no complaints the strength is slowly coming back on my push exercises, and today I'm feeling DOMS in my chest for the first time since Sept which is a beautiful thing.

Smith Machine Squats: 4X10
Seated Leg Curls: 4X10 Leg Ext: 4X10 Leg Press: 4X10 (first two sets high and wide, last two feet together) Seated Angled Calf Raises: 6X12 Standing Reverse Calf Raises: 6X12 Strength felt good today, just looking forward to being able to do normal squats in the near future.

Assisted Pullups: 5X10
CG Lat Pulldowns: 5X10 Cable Deadlifts: 5X10 Smith Machine Rows: 5X10 Seated Rotation: 3X15 Hanging Leg Raises: 3X10 Decline Situps: 3X10 Going to keep at the assisted pullups each week until I can do them normally, that will be the day that my shoulder is almost back to normal. Besides that strength is doing pretty good in the pulling department.

Bench: 4X10
Hammer Strength Incline: 4X10 Machine Flys: 4X10 Tricep Pushdowns: 4X10 Rope Pushdowns: 4X10 Machine Dips: 4X10 Was able to comfortably put up 115 on bench today so I'm moving in the right direction here. Looking to use the month of April to get my strength back and hopefully early to mid May I'll be able to start my new program and put that size back on.

DB Front Raises: 4X10 Cable Reverse Flys: 4X10 DB Shrugs: 4X10 Ez Bar curls: 4X10 Rope Hammer Curls: 4X10 Planks: 3X45 sec Jackknives: 3X10 Cable Crunches: 3X10 Tired today got up at 3AM to workout then after work I drove to California to see my family, great to finally see them again I will enjoy the next few days.

GHR: 4X10 Leg ext: 4X10 Adductors: 4X10 Abductors: 4X10 Standing calf raises: 6X10 Reverse calf raises: 6X10 Cable crunches: 3X10 Hanging knee raises: 3X10 Seated cable rotators: 3X10 Worked out with my brother in law not a bad workout climate change between states always gets to me but I powered through it. Tomorrow I drive back home then back down here on Thursday.
