Incline DB: 4X10 Machine Flys: 4X10 Cable kickbacks: 4X10 Tricep Pushdowns: 4X10 Got close to pressing 100 lbs today without any discomfort which is a great thing. Since the gym I've been feeling really sluggish, my wife has had the flu so I hope I'm not getting that.

Machine Rows: 4X10 Lag pulldowns: 4X10 Deadlifts: 4X10 EZ Bar curls: 4X10 Standing Calf Raises: 4X10 Good workout lower back holding up thus far with deadlifts.

OVERHEAD SQUAT: 3X45sec.
JACKNIVES: 3X45sec. HANGING LEG RAISES: 3X45sec. LEG LIFTS HOLDS: 3X1min. FLUTTER KICKS: 3X45sec. Finisher: Olympic Sit-Ups: 2XMAX This workout was humbling, really struggled to get through the whole thing, but no one has ever gotten better from giving up, so I will never surrender.

Hack Squat: 4X10
GHR: 4X10 Leg Ext: 4X10 Seated Leg Curls: 4X10 Donkey Calf Raises: 6X10 ss w/ Reverse Donkey Calf Raises: 6X12 Missed the gym last week, my lower back was bugging me and I didn't want to aggravate it. Added to that facing a storm in my life right now that I'll explain at a later time, felt good to be back.

Bench: 4X10 Hammer Strength Incline: 4X10 Cable Kickbacks: 4X10 Machine Dips: 4X10 Slowly getting stronger on my push exercises so I'm moving in the right direction no complaints there.

ISO Pulldowns: 4X10 CG Cable Rows: 4X10 Back Ext: 4X10 Machine Curls: 4X10 Swiss Ball Crunches: 3X15 Jackknives: 3X15 Pulling workouts are so much better than pushing as far as strength goes. Consistency is the key here and hopefully in the not so distant future I'll be back to normal and be able to put back on the size.

Lying Leg Curls: 4X10 Single Leg Ext: 4X10 Donkey Calf Raises: 6X12 Seated Calf Raises: 6X12 Been a little while since I've been in the gym I mentioned earlier that I was facing a storm in my life, that has put me mentally out of the game. I live in a county that is among the leaders in unemployment rates nationwide. My wife has been unable to find work for over a year, with the recent birth of my son as well as my surgery we were left with a substantial amount of medical bills. So unfortunately my wife has move to California with the kids to look for work. Honestly I can say I've never had to do anything more difficult than to kiss my family goodbye. It's been an extremely emotional week with some tears shed. I really pray that I'm able to use this time apart to better myself as a person, so I can become a better husband and dad. As well as take my training to levels never reached before, but only with the intention of giving God all the glory. This path I know will be the bumpiest road I've ever been down, but I'm confident that God will deliver me and I will be a better person because of it.

Wow, I can't even imagine what that is like. You have the right mentality, this could be an incredible time of growth. I am confident that God will get you through this and you and your family will be better off for it.
