Smith Machine Shoulder Press: 6X10
Reverse Cable Flys: 6X10 Cable Rope Front Raises: 6X10 Cable Front Raises: 6X10 Cable Shrugs: 6X10 Cable Upright Rows: 6X12 Back's not feeling too good today, but nothing really put any stress on it, I'm going to take it easy for the rest of the weekend and hope that it gets better.

BB Squats: 4X8
GHR: 4X8 Plate Loaded Leg Ext: 5X8 Leg press (high & wide): 5X8 Seated Calf Raises: 6X12 Took it really easy with the squats today, my back is still bothering me a lot. Everything else went well, I got my first two weeks of weighins done, I need to calculte and see what I need to do with my calories.

Incline OH Cable Ext: 4X10, 9 Seated Hammer Curls: 5X10 Reverse Pushdowns: 5X10 Rope Pushdowns: 5X10 Hanging Knee Raises: 3X12 Cable Woodchoppers: 3X12 Machine Crunches: 3X12 Not much to report here, not a big fan of arm day, but it's always a challenge to see what I can get done in an hour. Still in some pain today, I'm hoping that it dies down before the weekend because I have a wrestling show in the Bay area.

I'm with you on that, it's so much more enjoyable to push big weight around, I like to throw in arm stuff on my push and pull days....of course, my arms are small, so maybe they need their own day, lol!

I think part of my reasoning, has to do with how many people work arms on a daily basis which proves it isn't that challenging.

Smith Machine Incline Press: 4PX9X3 each set w/ different angle Supinating DB Flys: 40X15, 45X12, 50X8 last rep static hold for 30 seconds Decline DB Press: 65X10, 65X10, 70X6 This workout felt great it was the last of the current chest programs, like I posted last week I'm seeing a vast improvement in my chest, my strength has gone up as well. The next stretch I'm going to really focus on the problem areas and see what I can do to make them grow. Quote:

The craziness called my life continues, spent Sat night in the hospital after I dislocated my shoulder pretty bad. I'll be in a sling for the next couple weeks, I believe everything happens for a reason, and as crazy as it sounds I knew I was going to get hurt, and this injury crossed my mind, but I went anyhow. One day at a time from here on.
