I've been back a couple days in the gym, I'll update soon. Been hectic around here my wife is 8 months pregnant and has been in the hospital since Tuesday morning, prayers would be greatly appreciated.

Today consisted of abs and cardio.
Hanging Leg Raises: 3X10 Decline Alt Situps: 3X10 Cable Crunches: 100X12X3 Cardio: 15 min of mod intensity cardio on treadmill Been hectic week, wife is out of the hospital, finally off of my 2 weeks of light duty from the injury, things should start looking up.

Cable Wood Choppers: 3X12 Decline Situps: 3X12 10X20 sec sprints on eliptical followed by 10 mins of mod intensity cardio on treadmill. Heading out of town for three days, three wrestling shows, going to be an exhausting weekend I can already tell.

I've found myself moping around the past week, over thinking the whole situation. I don't know maybe it's good this happened, I know my priorities have been out of whack for some time now, taking a lot of things for granted including not training to my abilities. I'll be seeing a specialist soon to see what's going on, until then I'll walk in faith.
