1 Legged Leg Curls: 45X10, 55X10, 60X10, 65X10, 70X10 Hack Squat (Wide w/ toes out): 4PX10X2, 4P+25'sX10X2, 6PX8 Leg Press (Feet together): 8PX10, 100X10X2, 12PX8X2 Was orginally planning on finishing this workout off with Smith Machine Squats, but the machine was in use during my entire workout. I pushed myself hard on the other sets, so I wasn't completely bummed about missing squats.

Tricep Pushdowns (w/ backpad): 70X10, 80X10, 90X10, 100X8 Preacher Curls: 75X10, 85X10, 95X10, 105X8 Hammer Curls: 30X10, 35X10X2, 40X8 Hanging Knee Raises: 3X15 Swiss Ball Crunches: 3X15 Machine Oblique Crunches: 20X15X3 Arms felt good after today, switching over to the tricep pushdowns with the backpad, I can't do as much weight, but I feel them being isolated a lot better.

Smith Machine Bench: 2PX10, 2P+25'sX10X4 DB Incline: 60X10X2, 60X8X3 DB Flys: 25X10, 30X10, 35X10X2, 40X8 Arm was hurting when I woke up this morning, must of done something in my sleep, was able to get through the workout, but couldn't work as heavy as I'd like.

Rear Delt Fly Machine: 100X10X2, 110X10X2, 120X10X2 DB Front Raises: 20X10X2, 25X10X2, 30X8X2 Cable Upright Rows: 110X10X2, 120X10X2, 130X10X2 DB Shrugs: 75X12X6 Side Neck Raises: 10X15X3 In attempts to lean up a little for summer I've gone to 30 second rests between sets on the majority of my workouts with exception to legs and back where I want to continue to go heavy as possible. Today's workout was finished in under 50 minutes, felt dialed in ready to change my body composition.

I wanted to do something HIT for cardio for my upper body today and I remember Jacob introduced us to Mike's 600 pushup challenge and it fit perfectly. Definitely insane completed it in 22:18 and thought I was going to vomit afterwards, I was also breathing harder than most of my cardio sessions.
My weight is continuing to go up, I'm also feeling and looking a little leaner so I will continue to attempt to pack on muscle while losing fat. Leg Press: 8PX10, 10PX10, 12PX10, 14PX10, 16PX8 RDL: 135X10, 185X10, 205X10, 225X10, 275X10 Leg Curls: 120X10, 130X10, 140X10, 150X10, 160X10 Smith Machine Squats: 4PX8X4 I opted out of normal squats today my knees were hurting when I was warming up, so I went the way of pre-exhausted my legs then hitting them with the Smith Machine.
