Great workout today, woke up feeling tired and unmotivated, but I far exceeded my expectations thanks to God.

Woke up feeling a little under the weather, not sure if it's a cold or allergies. Had a decent workout would of liked to have gotten a little more done.

This upcoming week is going to become more about damage control, I came down with something on Friday, everytime I get close to the 200 something hinders me, but just a small bump in the road that will be overcome.

Thanks, took the day off from training, progressively through today I've begun to feel better, we'll see how I feel upon wake tomorrow, I really want to hit up some squats.

Nice reversal on that skinny, hairy guy flying off the top turnbuckle

Nice suplexes

I have to ask, did it hurt when he flew at you out of the ring?

And that final highlight, where crazy man does a flip, it looks like that would have genuinely hurt your right leg, he lands completely on it.

Actually nothing really hurt that bad in the match, he leaped a little short when he jumped to the outside so I couldn't fully catch him, but I've caught people bigger than me no problem. As far as the flip at the end he rolled right off of me luckily, everyone in the back thought he may have hurt me.
