Leg Ext: 5X10

Leg Press: 5X10

RDL: 5X10

Lying Leg Curls: 4X10, 8

Smith Machine Squats: 4X10, 6

Seated Leg Curls: 4X10

Seated Calf Raises: 4X15

Very draining day in the gym, I believe we racked the weights on the last set of Leg ext and Leg Curls which felt good. With shoes on today I tipped the scales at 201, which means I'm pretty close to breaking the 200 mark. I'm looking thicker and will continue to work my butt off until I reach my goals.

Slept horrible last night, so I wasn't able to hit the gym in the morning before work, but did some ab work tonight.

Oblique Crunches: 3X20

Reverse Crunches: 3X20

Crunches: 3X20

I'll probably pass out early tonight, then off to the gym for some chest tomorrow.

DB Pullovers: 55X10, 65X8, 75X6, 85X4

Smith Machine Incline Press: 2P+1/4'sX9X3 each set w/ different angle

Supinating DB Flys: 25X15, 30X12, 35X8 last rep static hold for 30 seconds

It's been a year today since I started my journal here on ABC, all I can say is it's been extremely beneficial to my training, I'm constantly learning, getting tips, and have the motivation of knowing that people are viewing so I won't allow myself to slack off. So after 5,000 views and almost putting on 20 lbs, I look forward to one more year with even greater results. Time to get better.

Deadlifts: 365X8, 385X5, 400X2 PR
ss w/
Widegrip pullups: BWXFX3, followed by 5 neg reps

Machine Crunches: 3X12

Today was a HIT workout, I feel more drained today then I have been in a while, deadlifts were done until failure. By time the last set came I wasn't sure what I had left in the tank, but reached down got the adrenaline pumping to the point my body was shaking and was able to do 2 reps. Tonight I feel like I'll pass out very early.

deadlifts supersetted with pullups sounds hard. i have to do pullups as my first back exercise or i will barely be able to do any.

It's a great superset, but it definitely kicks your butt.

Crazy weekend, had a wrestling show in the Bay area, then didn't end up getting home until 7AM on Sunday morning. My necks been a little stiff and today I feel like I'm getting sick so I've taken some time off to get my rest, drinking water all day and tonight downed a lot of OJ, see how I feel tomorrow and hopefully I'll be ready to go Thursday.

Awesome! You've been working at this goal steadily, it's nice to see hard work rewarded.
