Today was my 4 year wedding anniversary, we went out for all you can eat sushi and then hung around the house and watched movies together. Bent over DB Flys: 5X10
Standing Shoulder Press: 5X10 Seated DB Flys: 5X10 Cable Shrugs: 5X12 ss w/ DB Shrugs: 5X12 DB Upright Rows: 5X10 Been incredibly motivated as of late so I decided to wake up early and hit the gym at my complex, I was able to get in a good workout. We had a good Christmas, my wife and I opted out of buying each other presents this year because we like many have been affected by the economy, but we made sure to give our daughter a good Christmas. The way I look at it we're extremely blessed, and we will be getting a great gift in July. Plus without the focus on ourselves it has allowed me to focus on what Christmas is really about, Christ our Savior was born.

Leg Press: 5X10 RDL: 5X10 Lying Leg Curls: 4X10, 8 Seated Leg Curls: 5X10 Smith Machine Squats: 3X10, 9, 6 Seated Calf Raises: 3X12 Worked out with some buddies today, legs feel absolutely destroyed, I worked with a lot heavier weight than I normally do which opened my eyes that I need to start working a lot harder. I stumbled out of the gym, now I'm eating like crazy, I don't think I'll be able to walk tomorrow.
