DB Flys: 35X10, 40X10, 50X10, 55X8 Dips: 25X10, 35X10X3 Hammer Strength Wide Chest: 2P+1/4'sX10, 4PX10, 4P+1/4'sX10, 6PX8 Machine Flys: 90X10, 100X10, 110X10, 120X8 Good workout this morning already starting to feel the DOMS in my outer chest. Tomorrow I'll be doing my last workout of this short week before I fly to San Diego for the rest of the week.

Chinups: 10X10X2, 15X10X2
Deadlifts: 345X8X2, 315X8 Smith Machine Rows: 2PX10X2, 2P+1/4'sX8X2 Lat Pulldowns: 150X10X4 Hanging Knee Raises: BWX10X3 Rope Crunches: 120X10X3 Machine Oblique Crunches: 3X10 This was the workout the morning the day I flew out to San Diego. I was extremely exhausted here, the deadlifts took a lot out of me, felt like I was going to blow chunks. My traps were killing me the next day, absolutely love the size deadlifts has put on my back and traps. Vacation went well had a great visit with my grandparents, went to the San Diego zoo, watched the Cardinals play twice, and went to the beach. My diet was absolutely thrown out the window on this trip. Enjoyed a lot of fresh fish over the weekend. Today went back to my normal diet, tomorrow I will hit the gym again, hopefully my sunburn dulls a little by then.

SLDL: 185X10X5 Leg Ext: 180X10X2, 195X10X2, 210X10 Lying Leg Curls: 130X10X5 Donkey Calf Raises: 260X15X5 Hanging Leg Raises: BWX10X3 Decline Situps: BWX10X3 Cable Oblique Crunches: 110X10X3 Today was an attempt to hit the legs hard and avoid my sunburn in the process, I was successful. Did some lifts that I hadn't done in a while, SLDL I haven't done since my ear injury so I tried to go lighter, so and controlled reps. Good workout, going to war again my legs, see who taps out first.

Incline Cable Flys: 50X10, 45X10X2, 40X10 each set followed w/ fascia stretching Decline: 185X8, 135X10X3 Hammer Strength Incline: 2P+1/4sX10X2, 2P+10'sX10X2 Was feeling extremely exhausted in the gym today and as the day went on I believe that I'm getting sick, something going on in my chest, hurts to cough. Chest was dead after the DB bench, and flys, after that it was a battle to finish.

On a side note haven't been in the gym for a couple days, my recent schedule I believe has finally caught up to me. Between being on the road all weekend for wrestling, and then spending a weekend in San Diego, I wore myself down and caught something. Its been kicking my butt, finally got the fever to go away this morning, and roughed it out at work, but this weekend I'll be resting and hopefully come Monday I'll be ready for the gym again.

ss w/ Widegrip Pullups: BWXFX4 1-Legged Leg Press: 2P+1/4'sX10X2, 2PX10X2 ss w/ Leg Press Calf Raises: 2P+1/4'sXFX2, 2PXFX2 Abductor Machine: 130X10X4 ss w/ Machine Crunches: 20X12X3 Standing Leg Curls: 50X10X4 Finally back in the gym today from being sick, feel incredibly week, and the endurance isn't there yet. But felt good to be back nonetheless, I know I lost some weight, but I'll put that back on in no time. This whole experience taught me the importance of taking care of yourself by getting plenty of rest, and being consistent with your vitamins. This month isn't as hectic, I have 3 wrestling shows, one is in town, and the others are on seperate weekends so hopefully I can stay plenty rested.

Smith Machine Decline: 2P+1/4'sX10X4 Bench: 135X10, 155X10, 175X10, 195X8 DB Flys: 35X10, 40X10X3 Felt a lot better in the gym today then I did yesterday, slowly getting my strength and energy back. My chest was pretty drained by the end of this one. Can't wait to get back to normal, then I'll be turning my training up a notch, going to prevent plateaus from happening. I'm declaring war on myself, I will be bigger and better come 2010.
